Blending modern geometry with earthy elegance – Anna & Matt’s wedding invitation design included a laser-cut monogram tied with natural jute, copper foil accents, letterpress textures, wood grain envelope and a palette inspired by nature. Yesterday, during a meeting with a charming couple, showcasing our samples in person brought back memories of a stunning wedding we crafted details and branding for last year! Although it differed from our more elaborate designs in our portfolio, it maintained the same level of quality and consideration. Simplicity in design doesn’t equate to simplicity in execution. Real design involves harmonizing elements to achieve elegance. Erick & Robert, our grooms, opted for understated and sophisticated invitations. And we’re so grateful for their trust in us to bring their vision to life in all the details of their destination wedding in Mexico City. #PSA - hiring a good stationery designer for your event allows for a tailored, integrated vision that is uniquely yours without being confined to past styles of the designer! #fbf #flashbackfriday #destinationwedding #destined #weddinginvitations

For the inspiration of this custom design, our groom shared a fond childhood memory of spending time with his grandmother in her garden with peacocks around in India and our bride’s favorite thing is growing tropical plants in their shared apartment. We brought both together and added texture with a bit of laser cut and foil in this design for Josh & Kachine’s multicultural wedding at a garden in Northern Cali.
